The Lore of Aeris'arin

The Goddesses of Light
Erysaia The Goddess of Caelael

Also known as Kir’mera, the patron Goddess of Sylvilius is revered as the Dragon Mistress. Goddess of truth and justice, peace and prosperity; Erysaia is the creator of the sky, fire and of the Heavens.

Emblem: Dragon’s Head and a Jade stone: “stone of magic”; used for clear judgment and focus; associated with life and healing; connects body and spirit; brings prosperity; produces longevity, fertility, serenity, wisdom, balance, moderation, stability; (black) protection from negativity; fosters wise use of power;(golden) helps with understanding and empathy

Temple Services: Held every Wednesday on the third week of the month, the Priestesses of Caelael hold a tribute to the Dragon Mistress; offering sacrificial deer, elk and moose for the Mother Dragon to feast upon.

Holy Laws: The truth shall set you free or death by the fangs of Kir’mera.

Temple Grounds: Being the Patron Goddess of the northern nation, Kir’mera’s temple is located on the very edge of the capital of Virayya. Built on the other side of the river Kir’mel, the temple is only accessible by boat. The North side of the temple is protected by a mile long raging waterfall that feeds into the river, coursing along side the island temple. Stone steps climb their way toward the entrance of the stone temple, serving as a proving ground for the worshipers.

Caelael Prayers:

Erivona The Goddess of the Hearth

The Great Mother Goddess, Zaedi represents all that is mortal. Keeping her watchful eye over lives of her children, Zaedi over sees every child birth, encourages love and to be honest with one’s feelings. She is the Patron Goddess of mothers and wives, children and the crops. Sometimes thought to be the Harvest Goddess, she instills her Light unto the earth to help all things mortal to thrive and flourish.

Emblem: Gold Cauldron and a Moss agate stone – represents the sweetness of the earth within us; called the gardeners’ stone; increases compatibility, healing, rain, restoration, fertility of plants, protection of the earth, creativity, confidence, strength; helpful when starting new friendships or when seeking a compatible lover; helps us communicate directly with plants and animals; the Mother Earth stone

Temple Services: To pay respect to the Mother Goddess, Zaedi’s priestess and priests hold a service every Sunday; offering to their Mother a loaf of bread, wild fruits and incents.

Holy Laws: Do not kill without reason. Do not beat your spouse.

Temple Grounds: Resting in the middle of the Valley of Zaedi, the Temple of Erivos is open to all. The followers of the Mother do not turn away even the unbelievers however guests who come to pay homage are only allowed to enter the first floor where Zaedi’s service chamber is located, the second and third floors are only open to her Priestess’s and Priests.

I'm an Angel with a shotgun,
fighting til' the wars won,
I don't care if Heaven won't take me back.
I'll throw away my faith, babe, just to keep you safe.
Don't you know your everything I have?
...and I wanna live, not just survive tonight.
They say before you start a war,
you better know what you're fighting for.
Well baby, you are all that I adore,
if love is what you need, a soldier I will be.

Aristos/Sithis (West, Netherworld)

Represents:
Thievery, conjuration (demon-summoning), demonic beings, hatred, jewelry, technology, the night and moonlight, the Void. Assassination is also a big thing.

Representing item/symbol: Blood goblet, or onyx gem. Symbol is a handprint.

Prayers:
"Oh, Dread Father, let my (Brother/Sister) be successful in (his/her) plight; show those who refuse to follow us the wrath of their true father!"
"Oh, my wonderful Night Mother, whose embrace is cold and black as night, let our dear family members find happiness in their kills, in your name!"
"Let the Demons run free and our hearts free of guilt! And may our brothers and sisters breathe the influence of your Mind onto the non-believers, lest they face their downfall."

Greetings:
"Welcome, dear (brother/sister)!"
"Welcome to our dreadful family, child of the Night!"
"I am honored by your presence."
"Sithis has surely blessed us, what can I do for you?"

Blessings: "Let the blood of those untrue fall and soak into the ground!"
"The Night Mother forgives all who believes, do not fear."
"Aristos watches over all of his children, sibling."
"The cold and void night shall surely hide you from harm!"

Partings: "Shadow hide you."
"Go now, my child, and may Sithis go with you."
"May the Night Mother wrap you in her cold, loving embrace."
"Aristos be with you."
"The Black Hand of the Night Mother protects us all."

Famous followers: Lucien Lachance, Antoinetta Blodborne, Tenaava Blodborne.

Tenets: Offer blood to the Dread Father every Friday, in the Night Mother's name. Help a brother or sister whenever you can. Never kill a demon unless directly endangered. Never kill another child (follower) of Aristos. Never take the Night Mother's or Sithis' name in vain.

Temple: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
The Temple of the Voddith is only accessible to the followers of Aristos, and certain ones, at that. You must be completely and wholly devoted to the Dread Father, which is "judged" by the god himself. You will literally not be able to find your way to it, or the small village that resides right next to the temple. The village is called Leyawiin, or "Moon Shadow", when translated from the _____ language (Argonian). Only those who are higher-ranking church members (or the Silencers and higher from the Dark Brotherhood-- a medium-sized [but very well-known] group of assassins that follow Sithis' ways) are allowed above the first floor.

(The Dark Brotherhood is considered the center of the religion of Sithis, as they follow it by the book. The Church is the "right hand" of the Dark Brotherhood, but it is the place where prayers are said from the children of Aristos. They also follow his sayings strictly, but do not assassinate. The Dark Brotherhood is actually considered, by those who are foreign to Aristos, to be an assassination group of no particular religion.)
